“Excellent star tour! The bus took us out to a spot in the park with no light pollution, maybe 20 minutes drive from the resort and 5 hours from the nearest town with wide open skies in the desert. They had blankets and folding benches to use while we watched the stars and the guide explained different constellations and the stories and uses behind them for native people as well as some science about the galaxy and stars and used a laser pointer to help show different stars and constellations. It was the perfect amount of storytelling/science and time to just watch them. A couple hours out there, maybe three…”
